What is Sublimation Printing?
Sublimation is a high-quality printing method used for various fabrics. In this process, sublimation ink is first printed onto special transfer paper using a digital printer. The printed paper is then placed on the fabric and subjected to high heat in a heat press. Under this heat, the ink transforms into gas and penetrates deep into the fabric fibers. Once cooled, the ink solidifies within the fibers, making the design a permanent part of the garment.
